Amsterdam has been a starting ground for many things over the years. New talent, crews, and clubnights seem to start ever so often in this city, and a mixture of the right people and the music that drives them can make things of legend. In 2000, The legendary Techno-based clubnight Off The Record was born in the Mazzo. Estroe, Carlijn , Cellie and Steve Rachmad and numerous guests made a clubnight that is still talked about till this very day.

Estroe started playing in 1997. And she soon got a chance to play on a HQ clubnight (HQ played techno at that time) a night that is organised by the infamous Dancevalley organisation. Things go fast from that point: A residency for the HQ spin-off clubnight "Concept" headlining with Derrick May, Stacey Pullen, Sven Vath and others. Then 98: a nomination for a Dutch music award: The Silver Star, in the Best New Talent category, are the start for more sets in and out of Holland. Dancevalley, DEMF, Awakenings, and sets in countries as Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, are the beginning of an immense international setlist.

That list of sets and hosted clubnights goes on and on and it shows something: Estroe loves the music she plays, makes, and hosts with a passion. Her mixing builds up like the Eiffel tower, layer upon layer until the desired effect is achieved: an enjoying crowd. Add to it that the tracks she makes reflect the creativity she puts in all her projects. Estroe's skill and love for the music grow by the day.
